茲公告全體童軍，為配合世界童軍會員徽章之適用，由2015年12月1日起改穿新版制服﹔世界童軍會員徽章須佩戴在左胸袋之正中位置，而會員章則須佩戴在左胸袋之右上方袋襟上 (見下圖)：

舊版制服將於2016年9月1日起停止穿著。敬祈各旅旅長協助通知全體童軍為荷。敬希垂注！
